Low pressure and a cleaning solution do the work. That lifts mildew, pollen and the green film off vinyl, brick, stucco and painted wood without forcing water up behind the panels.
Black streaks are algae, not dirt, so scrubbing will not fix them. The roof gets treated at about garden-hose pressure and the streaks rinse away. Nothing gets stripped or loosened.
A surface cleaner makes even passes so you do not end up with stripes. Oil and rust spots get treated by hand first, then the whole slab gets a post-treatment so the green takes longer to come back.
Wood grays out and holds dirt down in the grain. Pressure comes way down for this, enough to pull the gray off, not enough to fuzz the boards.
Pavers, travertine and flagstone cleaned joint to joint. If the joint sand has washed out I can replace it and seal it, which keeps weeds and moss out a lot longer.
Concrete and stone around a pool goes slick before it looks dirty. Cleaning it before swim season takes the algae off and the slip with it.
The black stripes down the front of your gutters are oxidation, and a house wash will not touch them. They need a different product and a hand wipe.
Shaded lots and anything under hardwoods are on the shorter end of these. Bundle two services and the second one comes down.
