I started Turbo Wash here in the Triangle with one machine and a truck. It has grown almost entirely on word of mouth, a neighbor sees the driveway, asks who did it, and calls.

There is no call center and no franchise script. When you call, you get the person who is going to be standing in your yard. I quote the job, I do the job, and the number I gave you is the number you pay.

I would rather spend an extra twenty minutes rinsing your beds down and moving furniture back than rush off to the next house. That is most of why people call me again the following year.
