HOA pressure washing in Raleigh, NC

Sidewalks, entrance signs, amenity centers, pool decks, playgrounds and townhome rows, cleaned on a schedule your board sets. One owner-operator, one point of contact, and a flat price per visit.

For HOA boards & managers

Curb appeal the whole neighborhood notices.

Raleigh's humidity keeps algae and mildew growing on shared concrete and buildings most of the year. Green sidewalks and streaked signs are the first thing residents and buyers see when they drive in.

Turbo Wash handles HOA and community pressure washing across Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner and the rest of the Triangle. I walk the community with you, write up the scope, and give you one flat price per visit. Recurring work is billed after each visit, and you can change or stop the schedule whenever the board needs to.

What I clean

HOA & community services.

Sidewalks & curbs

Surface-cleaner passes so there are no stripes. Algae and dirt come off, and walkways stop going slick every time it rains.

Annual or seasonal

Entrance signs & monuments

Brick, stone and stucco entry walls soft washed so the lettering and stone read clean again.

Annual

Amenity centers & clubhouses

Siding, trim, soffits and entryways soft washed at low pressure, the same way I wash a house.

Annual

Pool decks

Concrete and pavers around the pool cleaned before swim season, so the algae and the slip come off together.

Each spring

Playgrounds & common areas

Play equipment, benches, pavilions and picnic areas washed down and rinsed.

Seasonal

Townhome & condo exteriors

Building rows soft washed so water is not forced behind siding. Gutter faces brightened on request.

Every 12–18 months

Mailbox kiosks & fences

Cluster mailboxes, posts, privacy fences and retaining walls cleaned with the right pressure for each surface.

Annual

Dumpster pads

Degreased and rinsed to cut the smell and the pest calls that come with it.

Questions

HOA pressure washing questions.

How much does HOA pressure washing cost in Raleigh?

It depends on how much sidewalk, building and amenity area is in scope and how often it gets done. I walk the community first and give you a flat price per visit in writing.

How often should an HOA pressure wash sidewalks?

Most Raleigh communities do sidewalks and curbs once a year, usually after spring pollen. Shaded streets and walkways under hardwoods often need it twice.

Can you wash townhome and condo buildings?

Yes. Siding, brick and trim are soft washed at low pressure, so water is not forced up behind the panels.

Do residents need to be home?

No. I need access to the common areas and a water source. Let me know about pool hours, gate codes or quiet times when we set the schedule.

Do you do one-time cleanings or only contracts?

Both. Some boards book a one-time cleanup before an annual meeting or a sale season, others put it on a recurring schedule.

What areas do you serve?

Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Garner, Knightdale, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina and Wendell.
