What I collect

When you request a quote, the form asks for your name, phone number, property address and the service you're interested in. If you text photos of your property, I receive those by text message.

How it's used

Your information is used only to prepare your quote, contact you about it and schedule the work if you book. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Services that handle it

Form submissions are delivered to my email through Web3Forms, with FormSubmit as a backup. If website analytics is turned on, Google Analytics records how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and whether a quote form or phone link was used. It does not receive what you type into the form.

How long it's kept

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to serve you as a customer. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
