How much does house washing cost in Raleigh?
Most houses come in at roughly $0.15–$0.20 per square foot. Size, how much growth is on the siding and how easy the house is to reach all change the number. I quote a flat price before any work starts.
Is soft washing safe for vinyl siding?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure, so water isn't forced up behind the panels the way a high-pressure wand can. The cleaning solution does the work.
How often should I have my house washed?
Most Raleigh homes do well every 12 to 18 months. Shaded sides and houses under hardwoods tend to need it sooner.
Do I need to be home?
Arrange access to the outside of the property and a working outdoor water spigot before the appointment. If you won't be there, tell me when you book and we'll sort out the details.
Do you protect plants and landscaping?
Plants and beds are pre-wet before I start, delicate plants are covered where needed, and everything gets rinsed again when I'm done. Keep pets inside until surfaces are rinsed.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the house and how much buildup there is. Most houses take two to four hours.
